International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, international shipping rates apply and vary based on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be required upon arrival.
While we will provide tracking information, we are not responsible for shipment delays, lost packages, or customs holds in foreign countries.

30-Day Refund Window

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Just contact us at hello@getcleanstrips.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience.

Health & Safety Policy

Because Clean Strips are a personal-use product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order has been opened or partially used, we’re still happy to offer a partial refund, minus a small $6 processing fee to help cover support and fulfillment costs.
